Shipping Time

Our CharmingSwan® team works hard to record and process all orders as quickly as possible. We process orders from Germany, Austria and Switzerland every day. In addition to the quality of our products, we also try to satisfy you by shipping our goods in the best possible way

Shipping time is based on the following steps:

1) Processing time (1-2 business days)

We check the accuracy of your order and receipt of payment.

2) Delivery time

After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping service provider and you will receive an email with tracking information.

For logistical reasons, delivery can be made in several partial deliveries. The shipping time from our delivery center to the specified delivery address is currently usually 5 working days.
